COUNCIL MEETINGS
The next Town Council Meeting for the month of April will be held on the 24th starting at 5:30 PM.

RECYCLE DEPOT
The Town’s Recycle Depot is not a collection site for used oil or used oil containers. These products can be taken to Koch Fuels/Petro-Canada for disposal.
The Recycling Depot does not accept Styrofoam or diapers. Your glass, plastics and cans must be placed in the appropriate recycling container. Please feel free to give our attendant a call at 443-5185 for all your recycle questions.

LANDFILL SUMMER HOURS
Will be in effect from April 1st to October 31st. Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed below has been issued in accordance with Land Use Bylaw 1398-17 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Development Permit Application No. 61/900.002/17 by the Kneehill Historical Society to relocate the original County Village School Building from its current location to the Museum site on Lot R1, Block E, Plan 741 1088 (1301 – 2nd Street NE) Land Use Classification P2 – Public Community Service District

Development Permit Application No. 61/900.012/17 by Martin Sich for a Freestanding sign on Lots 2 & 3, Block G, Plan 741 1088 (1041 2nd Street NE) Land Use Classification C3 – Commercial Highway District

Development Permit Application No. 61/900.016/17 by the Town of Three Hills for a Temporary Billboard Sign on Block A, Plan 6005HM (1901 – 2nd Street NE) Land Use Classification C3 – Commercial Highway District

The above permit(s) shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14) days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.
Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM Wednesday April 26th, 2017 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being filed, all interested parties will be notified.
Further information regarding this permit(s) may be obtained from the Town Office at 232 Main Street, Three Hills, AB.
