ADMINISTRATION POSITION
The Town of Trochu is presently accepting applications for a part time Administrative Clerk I position. Typical duties will include reception, answering telephones, conveying messages, serving customers and may include duties within the financial department and minute taking. Filing, support services and handling of correspondence will be required. The successful candidate will require excellent computer skills in word processing, spread sheets, internet and email. Effective communication and the ability to understand oral and written instructions are required. The successful candidate must use discretion regarding confidential matters. There may be a requirement for attendance at some evening meetings which will be pre-arranged well in advance. This position could materialize into a full time position.
