Medical Awards
The Kneehill Regional Doctor Recruitment and Retention Committee is asking the citizens of the Kneehill County region for assistance in recognizing a non-doctor medical team member from local medical facilities (reception, lab, therapists, dietary, long term care, hospital support workers, lodge workers, plant and ground keepers, pharmacists, housekeeping, etc.)
If someone you know has made a positive experience for you or a loved one in respect to your health and well-being, please nominate them for the third annual Medical Staff Award of Excellence. They will earn much deserved recognition and thanks from the whole community.

Entries are to be received by Sept. 4/15 with your contact information.
Please include your email address, mailing address, and phone number.
Nominations should be typed (legible handwriting accepted) and describe in 500 words or less why the person qualifies. Give examples of extra care/commitment to local clients or colleagues.
You must not be related by blood or marriage to nominee.
Nomination must be signed and dated.

Notice of Demolition
Demolition of 327 Arena Avenue will start August 17, 2015
and will continue for 2-3 weeks.
This area will be fenced off and all safety regulations followed.
Please exercise caution around building and demolition crew.

Pirates & Princesses Trochu Arboretum Event
August 30th, 2015
Lunch @ 12:30 with activities to follow
Dress up in your finest PRINCESS outfit and join us for a High Tea Lunch, making friendship bracelets, hair styling, and nail painting
Anyone not dressed as a PIRATE may be made to walk the plan, and the rest will get a pirate worthy of lunch, a scavenger hunt and the chance to cool off in a water fight. Feel free to bring your own water guns!
Cost is $10 per kid and $15 per adult, please register and pre-pay at the town office. Children under ten MUST be accompanied by an adult. Call Debbie 403-588-8600 or Town Office: 403-442-3085
