Three Hills Curling Club had their annual Cash Dance draw this year on June 20, with one thing missing, the dance. Due to Covid-19 the popular function was cancelled but the fundraiser proceeded. Total sold tickets were 347. PCA staff celebrate graduating Class of 2020

The staff at Prairie Christian Academy (PCA), in Three Hills, took a different approach to celebrate their grad class last week, parading throughout town to deliver grad memorabilia to the students. June 25/26 would normally have been the banquet and convocation to wrap up the year, but of course were not possible due to the restrictions caused by COVID-19. 16 Trochu Valley Students honored for the Annual Breakfast of Champions

The Trochu Valley School Breakfast of Champions looked a little different this year because of the COVID-19 Restrictions.. On June 16th teachers and administrators surprised 16 students, at their homes, with a certificate and breakfast treat from Sweetgrass Cafe. Each student had been chosen for demonstrating qualities of excellence that are not necessarily recognized through academic or sports awards. Linden hosts Vintage Parade in lieu of annual Sports Day

The idea of one Linden resident, Mary Duthie became a reality when on Saturday, June 6 residents were treated to a fairly large parade of vintage, classic and unique cars/trucks that wound its way throughout all the residential streets. It began at 10:00 a.m. at the Linden Lodge and ended at the Westview Care Facility at around noon.
