Highway 21 was closed between Highway 27, and Highway 585 for six hours while RCMP executed their investigation.
Deanna Amthor was charged with refusal to provide a breath sample, criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving causing death, and dangerous driving causing death, and was to appear in provincial court in Drumheller, AB, on January 5, 2011.
