Community Futures Wild Rose partners with the local municipalities for Business Vitality Survey

CF WildRose

The Town of Three Hills and Community Futures Wild Rose are partnering with the municipalities of, Carbon, Alberta, Village of Acme, Linden, Alberta, Trochu, Alberta and Kneehill County as well at Three Hills Chamber and Kneehill Regional Family and Community Support Services to implement a Business Vitality Survey.

The survey data will assist project partners to identify opportunities and actions plans in the recovery and rebuilding of businesses as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The results will provide Community Futures Organization Wild Rose and its partners an overview of the health of the business sectors as well as identify labour, training and investment needs of businesses and entrepreneurs over the short and long term. These are key success factors to grow a strong, healthy local economy for our residents to live, work and play.

Alan Parkin, CAO with the Town of Three Hills states "In light of the current and unprecedented times we are experiencing, the Town of Three Hills is seeking input from businesses on the challenges and opportunities you are facing. The feedback will assist the Town to proactively collaborate with surrounding municipalities to develop proactive solutions to access supports and services to mitigate the economic impact and hardships experienced by our businesses."

The Business Vitality Survey can be accessed online at http://wildrose.albertacf.com/kneehill-communities-survey. We are encouraging the entrepreneurs or managers of the businesses to participate in the survey between May 12 - May 26, 2020. Please only complete one survey per business.

Community Futures Wild Rose will work in collaboration with the municipalities and economic development to develop a local and regional snapshot for Partners to utilize with various levels of Government and support services to access programs necessary for business growth and development.
