Bryon Waddell, of ConocoPhilips, was on hand at Tro-Val's Mulan drama presentation to present Shauna Fenton, Director, and cast members Tori Adolf and Seth Tolman, with a donation of $500. The funds were greatly appreciated and put toward the costs associated with this year's drama production.

Trochu Elks welcome Dave Hurley, GER
On Nov. 2, the Trochu Elks were pleased to welcome our National Leader GER (Grand Exalted Ruler) Dave Hurley and his wife, Sister Audrey, from Yellowknife, to Trochu along with 31 visitors. A tasty lunch was provided by the Blue Quill after the GER address. Thanks to Deputy Mayor BIll Cunningham for his welcoming speech.

Born in Red Deer, AB, 23 years ago, George Bill Hatzimanolakis, was raised to be very family oriented.
Growing up, he lived in Rocky Mt. House, Stettler, and then Penhold, where his parents opened up a restaurant.
George was inspired by his parents success, and decided to pursue a business degree. He attended Red Deer College, and the University of Alberta.
Before George could complete his degree, his father became ill. He felt it only right to leave school and return to the family restaurant
