In the Month of December the Three Hills RCMP had 123 calls for service. The detachment had 12 guests for the month and 108 charges laid for various offences.

Approximately one kilometer south of Trochu, AB, around 10:30 pm on December 22, 2010, Three Hills RCMP, Trochu Fire Department and Kneehill EMS, were dispatched to the scene of a fatal single motor vehicle mishap.
