Timothy J. Shearlaw has officially been acclaimed Mayor of Three Hills for a third consecutive term. The list for the remaining six positions of Councillors includes Al Campbell (I), Bob Cuthill, Karen Dalgetty, Terry Ann Diack (I), John Hamm, Ronald L. Howe (I), Harold Leo (I), Corey Ryan Mottus, David Nadeau (I), Marilyn Sept, Vernon David Wiebe (I), and Raymond Wildeman.

Election Day, October 16, cast your ballot at the Three Hills Community Centre from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00

RCMP respond to Break and Enters in Huxley area

September 12-18, 2017

Pink-haired pals to walk for cancer

If there’s one man who "Talks the Talk and Walks the Walk" it’s Melvin Wright, of Three Hills.

Melvin is 86 years of age but as he puts it, “I’m getting younger all the time.” In fact, Melvin, and team partner Brian Hill, will walk in the upcoming CIBC Run For The Cure, in Red Deer on Sunday, October 1. The duo will raise funds for cancer research under the name “Melvin The Walker Man”.

RBC Manager Tiffannie Patterson and staff served up a chili lunch with a bun, drink and even a cupcake for dessert on Friday, September 8. The fundraiser was held in support of the Alberta Children’s Hospital, with a total amount raised of $733.00. Staff will be taking part in the RBC Race for the Kids at Heritage Park, Calgary on September 24.
