Isabell was the second child of John {Jack} and Alethea Thomson, born in the General Hospital, Calgary Alberta on January 27, 1932.

Her early years were spent in Calgary. Sister Doreen and herself were boarded with a family near Innisfail for a short time. She then was hired to help Grandma Hogg at the family farm. Barbara Lamberth (97) passed away peacefully at Three Hills Long Term Care, her residence for the past 5 years.
Barbara was born in London, England on Sept 13, 1922. She had 2 brothers, Sydney killed in WW2 and Kenneth & sister in law Evie both deceased.
