Uncle, cousin and friend, Joe passed away peacefully in Three Hills on the evening of September 1, 2020, one day shy of his 82nd birthday. Charles Alfred Siltala was born on May 17, 1942, in Trochu, AB, the youngest son of Matt and Annie Siltala. His early years were spent on the family farm and working on drilling rigs in the off season. Charlie married Harriet Weis on December 12, 1964.
