She was raised on the family farm East of Three Hills. She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Kaleida, sister Myrtle Lucille Crawford, brother Les Crawford, and infant daughter Charmayne Ellen. 1911-2018 - Edna May (Boen) Stennes passed away in extended care at St. Mary’s Health Care Centre, Trochu on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the age of 106. Edna was born in Sturgis, Saskatchewan on December 16, 1911. She was the oldest of 12 children. On August 10, 1932 she married Earl Stennes and they were happily married for almost 65 years.
