Hilma Taves (nee Gripp), 91, returned to her heavenly home on November 24, 2016. Her devotion to her family and firm belief in God gave her strength throughout her life. Hilma was born in Zhitomir, Ukraine. At three, she immigrated to Lashburn, Saskatchewan. Her childhood was centred around farm life, church and school activities. Hilma was called to missionary work at a young age, and trained as a teacher in preparation. She married her partner in life and in faith, Abe Taves on March 13, 1948

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Jayne Boles on Dec. 5, 2016 at the age of 60, after a year long courageous battle with lung cancer, while surrounded by family. RUBY, Jacqueline Mae

Jacqueline Mae Ruby died peacefully on November 26, 2016, surrounded by family at the Three Hills Health Care Centre. Jackie, the daughter of Laurence (Larry) Reed Edwards and Ethel Mae Edwards (née Holmes), was born in Bassano on May 5, 1931. During WWII, her family moved to Claresholm, and briefly to Ucluelet, B.C., with her father's Air Force postings. Doreen Reberger (Morel) passed away at about 3 am, October 21, 2016. She leaves to mourn her husband Alfred Reberger, son Tracy Reberger, daughter Mona (Lorne) Kattler, one younger sister Ilene (Glen) Foulds from Saskatchewan, one older sister, Marie (Allan) Olmstead of Three Hills, lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. No services will be held until spring. She is predeceased by her parents and one brother, Ted Morel. 1n23p
