Three Hills School Girls and Boys Volleyball teams claim Central Zone 2J banners

The Three Hills School Girls and Boys Volleyball teams are both the South Central Zone 2J Champions!

This is an incredible feat for both teams as they are the best at the 2J level in a zone that stretches from Banff, to Brooks, to Olds, and all the way to Oyen.

The tournament was held at Wheatland Crossing School on the Nov. 10/11 weekend and both teams made it to the final and came home with the gold medal.

Ag Society nears completion on Rink Project

A few volunteers came out on Saturday, November 4, to aid the regular rink-maintenance volunteers, Tim Brown and Dan Lauper, President of the Linden Ag Society, with erecting all the boards around the new concrete slab. On Sunday, they got a start on putting up the chain link fence and are asking for volunteers, this next coming Saturday, to help finish the fencing. THS Jr. A Girls Volleyball team place third at PCA Tournament

Three Hills School Jr. A Girls Volleyball team finished third out of 16 teams at the Prairie Christian Academy tournament. The Royals played extremely well as a team and with wins over Hugh Sutherland, Clarence Sansom, Westmount, Red Deer Lake, and Olds High School, the team came home with the bronze. Congratulations to the Three Hills School Royals Cross Country running team and their effort at the recent South Central Zone competition. The junior high runners placed in the top two-thirds in their respective divisions and the senior high runners placed middle of the pack. The one exception was Deyem Lansink - he placed 2nd overall in grade 11 boys and earned himself a spot in the ASAA Cross Country Provincials on October 28. Well done, Royals, and good luck Deyem.
