She told Prairie Radio, “some of the girls suffered car sickness but despite that played especially well on defence. Many of our points were scored in transition. Our goals for the game included passing well to the posts, playing tough defence and and working well together together on offence. It was fun to get to play to play with this team. We have clicked well together very early in the season”.

Head coach Pam Fraser told Prairie Radio “we enjoyed a great game against Burman. Many of our players found their groove and confidence playing against aggressive competition. Sierra won player of the game. She is a phenomenal leader and sets the pace of the game”
