That's Life August 18, 2010

It's gonna be a Pink time in the old Towns and Villages next week.
That's right - Wild Pink Yonder's Ride For The Cure will be trotting through Kneehill County Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, August 24, 25 and 26.
Last week I failed to mention that Wild Pink Yonder will stop in Linden on Wednesday, August 25. There will be a fundraising barbeque at the Linden Campground from 11 am to 1 pm, to raise funds for Breast Cancer research.
Check inside this issue for events you can participate in to welcome Wild Pink Yonder wherever you live in Kneehill County.
Each community involved has their own ideas on how they will become "The Pinkest Little Town in the West".
The final result will see everyone who contributed to the success of the Trail Ride and the raising of awareness and funds, to find a cure for Breast Cancer, as winners.
Support the events hosted to raise those needed funds. Get in on the fun side of an extremely serious cause. As a County we can make a huge contribution. Show your support. Cheer the riders on. Wear Pink, Think Pink, Be Pink.
Next Wednesday's issue will take on a little different look, so we don't feel out of place.
That's Life.
