That's Life November 24, 2010

Christmas is on the way and this week the Three Hills Water Tower will light up and the street light decorations will be placed.
If that doesn't get you in the Christmas spirit, get down to the Three Hills Community Centre for the Christmas Farmers Market this Friday and Saturday. This year's market is a record breaker, featuring 80 vendors spread throughout all three rooms of the Community Centre. It's a mall! An exciting addition to Moonlight Madness on Friday, December 10, is the introduction of a second Christmas Market, again to be held at the Three Hills Community Centre. It'll be a great addition to our Shop 'til You Drop Annual Event. Take note the change from Midnight Madness to Moonlight Madness. Stores will close at 11 pm as opposed to midnight.
This Friday, November 26, Kid's Night Out goes at Centennial Place (Arena) upstairs. Doors open at 6 pm. There's free hot dogs, pop, candy bags and this year there will be four big prize winners. That's right, four lucky kids, two boys and two girls, will win oodles of toys, donated by members of the Three Hills and District Chamber of Commerce. This event is open to children 10 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Magician Paul Isaac will entertain and Santa will arrive.
Three Hills rolls out the red carpet this week as Three Hills School plays host to the ASAA 2A Girls Volleyball Provincials. There will be 12 teams competing for the gold. Spectators are urged to take in the keen competition.
Don't forget to take in at least one of the two Home For The Holidays performances this Friday and Saturday at 7 pm in the North Auditorium on Prairie Campus. This 350-seat facility has been fitted with extremely cozy theatre seats and all the bells and whistles. Admission is free, the entertainment is amazing. I hope to see you there.
That's LIfe.
