As you all know by now, the Town of Slave Lake, Alberta was devastated by fire as wildfires burning southeast of the community were pushed into Town at about 7 pm on Sunday evening. All 7,031 residents were evacuated. About 40 per cent of the town has been destroyed or damaged.
Immediate help is needed as those who lost their homes lost everything.
Three Hills Super 8 is now accepting cash donations, blankets, water bottles, diapers and personal care products to be turned over to the Red Cross.
