We all look forward to the annual Three Hills Christmas Tree Burn and Winter Celebration. A roaring bonfire, tremendous fireworks, hot dogs, hot chocolate and hay rides. What a great evening. The event, originally set for this Saturday, has been postponed until Saturday, Jan. 29. This Saturday is forecast to be "just too cold to celebrate". Each Christmas, for over 30 years, The Capital turns the pages of our Christmas issue over to the Grades 4, 5 and 6 students of the Three Hills School and the Grade 5 and 6 students of the Prairie Christian Academy.

The other day a lady from Trochu burst through the door of our Sears store and asked if we were going out of business. We assured her that Sears - Three Hills is alive and well and open for business.
