My wife and I have been almost weekly travellers on Highway 21 for the last 20-plus years. We have lived a "back and forth" lifestyle enjoying our time spent at Buffalo Lake and our work-week here in Three Hills.

The past few months have been a little hectic at The Capital.
Most of you are aware that we took on the Sears agency back in April of 2009. There was a lot of renovating, drywall dust, compromise, and learning curves but The Capital and Sears seemed to get along fairly well.

The Kneehill Region has just experienced a showcase of Volunteerism, at its best.
Week after week we have the privilege and pleasure of attending community celebrations that simply would not happen without volunteers, and plenty of them.

The Three Hills Summer Celebration will go under a sunny sky this Saturday, July 10, and that's an order.
Actually, the good times begin Friday evening as the 6th Annual Canadians' Ball 'n Bash Mixed Softball Tournament begins. It's a 16-team sold-out event, so head out to the diamonds and take in some action. The tournament wraps up Sunday.
Saturday morning kicks off with a pancake breakfast from 8 am - 10 am in front of Three Hills IGA. Proceeds support the Three Hills Neons Swim Club.
