The Merry Month of May is underway and the celebration of Mother’s Day is over for another year. Flower shops, greenhouses, eating places and entertainment halls were busy as children paid homage to Mom! The Trochu Drop-In Centre held a Mother’s Day strawberry tea on May 6 with a good number turning out. Pastor Powell did a fine job dishing up the goodies and keeping the coffee pots full.
