A great big pat on the back!

To Whom It May Concern
I would just like to take the time to send my appreciation to the host community of Kneehill County for the Bantam C Provincials that were held in Three Hills and Trochu from March 23-25, 2012.  It is an incredibly large undertaking to host such an event.
The experience began when I found out our team would be going to Provincials.  The committee was incredibly quick at getting the information to our team manager so we parents were current with the happenings and events that would be occurring during the weekend of Provincial play.
When we checked into our hotel, the Best Western Three Hills, the girls at the front desk were very friendly, organized and prepared for our large group. Throughout the weekend they were very accommodating-they allowed us to use the breakfast room for our team pizza party as well as a birthday celebration.  The staff was always willing to help with any question or concern that we had.  The hotel was very clean and quiet.
The community was very neighbourly as well. I felt like we were in our own small community when I was out and about. One of the businesses made sure we knew that they were also open on Sunday. Our experience at the restaurants in Three Hills was also very successful.  The Two Brothers Steakhouse accommodated our large group of 50 for our first meal on Thursday night.  The servers did a great job keeping our group as well as many other customers happy and the food was incredibly delicious. Pizza Hut delivered tasty pizza to our hotel for our very hungry team members. A group of parents also went downtown to the Harvest House Family Restaurant and enjoyed another delectable meal and friendly server. Many members of our association also enjoyed Subway a few times throughout the weekend.
The volunteers at the arenas in Three Hills and Trochu were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, patient ,  and kind. The raffle table was incredibly well displayed, organized and suitable to the age group of players. I really appreciated the scarves that were made for the fans of each team; great idea and a good souvenir that will always remind me of my experience at Bantam Provincials. The banquet was also very well organized and again delicious!
From my experience during the Provincial weekend, a mere letter to say Thank you is only a small gesture of appreciation, but your committee, volunteers and community members all deserve a great big pat on the back!
THANK YOU!
Sincerely,
