I would like to take this opportunity to update you and your readers about plans for Trochu Valley School.
In preparation to re-locate Grades 7 – 12 to the Curling Rink, an architect toured the  space with Golden Hills Facilities Manager Don Hartman and myself. He will draw out a design to give us optimal use of the space available. Once those drawings are complete renovations will begin. Also, a decision will be made regarding the number of portable classrooms needed.

Dear Editor;
I would like to express my gratitude to the Town of Three Hills employees who worked so efficiently during the early hours of the morning of March 5, 2012, when there was a water main break on Main Street.
Their quick response and tireless efforts to re-route the rushing water prevented my office building from flooding and their continued efforts throughout the day to clear away the slush and ice that built up on the streets and sidewalks on Main Street was appreciated.
