Kneehill Minor Hockey Association is seeking an individual to manage and operate both the Three Hills and Trochu concessions in both hockey arenas. The regular season includes being prepared to open mid September through to the beginning of April including ensuring staff coverage for all weekends. Managing and operating the concessions includes duties such as: inventory management, ordering food, preparing the menu, orientation/training/ scheduling of staff, and cooking and cleaning of the kitchen areas (meeting Alberta Food Safety Standards). Experience and knowledge in organizing, cooking, customer service and inventory are necessary.
