DISPOSAL WIPES – Please DO NOT flush any wipes of any kind. Wet wipes, baby wipes and personal wipes are all the same thing and are NOT flushable. These wipes create a blockage that can only be removed manually. While the pumps are down, Vac Trucks are hired to transfer the sewer. This is very costly and time consuming. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

GARBAGE DAY – Garbage Day is Wednesday of each week. Please ensure that your garbage is ready for pick up by 8 am as the garbage route has changed and each bag DOES NOT exceed 50 lbs. If the bag is too heavy it will be left and it will be the Resident’s responsibility to dispose of the heavy garbage. Your cooperation regarding this matter is much appreciated. Thank you.
