Trochu Dance Troupe Celebrates 40th Anniversary Of Miss Shara

The Trochu Dance Troupe held their annual Spring Recital at the Trochu Community Center on May 7. The hall was filled with current dancer's family and friends, as well as a host of alumni to the Trochu Dance Troupe, as they all gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of this year's dancers along with the 40th Anniversary of Miss Shara Smith teaching with the troupe. As our club year comes to an end there are some awesome things are members have done.

The Three Hills Curling Rink was the scene of the Knox United Church Huge Garage Sale. Doors opened at 4 pm on Friday, April 26 to a crowd of shoppers. Sales ran on April 26 from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12 noon. Unsold donations were picked up by New to You and the Tilley Shop for resale.
