Acme hosts Annual Discovery Night

 

Whether it was fingerprinting your child for child-find or signing your child up for play school, baseball, or soccer there was plenty of information afloat at Acme's Discovery Night, held at the Acme Community Centre on March 10. The evening had tables planned for 29 but somehow ended up accommodating 37 various community service organizations, clubs, and groups as well as serving chili during the supper hour. Trochu celebrates her Centennial this year and May 5, 2011 marks this grand birthday! What might this have to do with the above photo you may ask? Well, local Alberta Bottle Depot owners, Paul and Seema Napolean and their daughters, Stephanie and Elsy wanted to do something special to recognize this milestone. Immaculata and THS Students Perform

 

On Sunday, February 27, 25 students, grade 7-12, came to Three Hills from Immaculata High School, in Ottawa, Ontario.
As a part of a government-affiliated program, Society for Educational Visits and Exchange in Canada (SEVEC), the Ottawa students were able to experience life in Alberta for seven days and six nights. They were billeted by the families of the Three Hills School students that will be headed to Ottawa for their part of the exchange from May 8-14.
