RESULTS OF THE TROCHU FLOWER, BAKING AND PHOTOGRAPHY SHOW HELD AUGUST 18, 2010 AT THE TROCHU COMMUNITY CENTER - SPONSORED BY THE TROCHU AG. SOCIETY
There was a total of 165 adult entries and 7 junior entries in the flower, fruit and vegetable section of the show. The hall was beautiful with a large number of colourful and high quality flowers along with a small amount of produce. The AHA judges were Elsie Garson of Three Hills and Ken Jensen of Lacombe.

Precious Cargo in Concert
Amy Thompson, Barb Butler, and Julie Hallman, all daughters of Ralph and Pat Thompson, are the fourth generation of music makers in their family. Together the girls make up "Precious Cargo," with music inspired by memories of their Grandad playing the piano. The sisters sport a blend of beautiful harmonies, to create a unique sound that appeals to all ages.

Classic cars were lined up outside A&W Three Hills on Thursday, August 26th, in support of Cruisin' for a Cause Day for Multiple Sclerosis. Live entertainment was provided by the band, "Memory Lane," and Dean Ray later performed. A&W Three Hills surpassed last years total money raised, with $2,714 going to the MS Society.
