MESSAGE FROM THE VILLAGE OFFICE
• Volunteer of the Year 2019! Please stop by the Village Office and leave your nominations. The Award will be presented at our Annual Sports Day Event June 20th, 2020
• POSTPONED - Water Meter Replacement – Over the next 18 months, “The Village” will be replacing water meters. We have contracted Cisco Plumbing from Linden. Cisco will be calling residents to arrange the change out. Please note they are calling on behalf of the Village. If you have any concerns, please call our office.
• Engine Retarder Brakes along the perimeter of Acme. If the noise is disturbing your peace of mind, stop by our office to complete a form we can forward to the Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation Department. Forms are also available at www.acme.ca
• Do you need help with your taxes and are unable to pay for assistance? Call Kneehill Regional Family and Community Support Services at 403-443-3800.

• Animal Reminder – ALL Dogs and Cats must be on a leash at all times if out of your yard and/or not in a fenced area away from the general public. Please refer to Bylaw 2019-01 Part 6 – RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS for further information call the Village Office.
• The Acme Pool is looking to hire junior and senior lifeguards for the 2020 Season. Please email your resume or questions to acmeswim@gmail.com.
• We now have staff members certified at the Village Office to complete a Commissioner of Oaths.

• Please have your garbage bagged & out for pick up on Wednesdays by 8:00 AM.
• Transfer Site hours – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
