CARBON SKATING RINK ATTENDANT – Part-time hours (evenings & weekends). must be 18 years of age or older. Submit resume to Village Office by November 27 in person, by mail, or email: office@villageofcarbon.com.
2020 VILLAGE OF CARBON TAXES – All outstanding 2020 taxes must be paid prior to December 31, 2020. As of January 1, 2021, any outstanding balances will receive an 18% tax penalty. Taxes may be paid through on-line banking using your roll number as the account number, debit, cash, or cheque.
TAX INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN (TIPPS) – If you are interested in splitting your annual property taxes into monthly installments, please contact the Village Office. Equal monthly payments are due on the first of each month from January to June 2021 (based on 2020 property taxes). Recalculation for 2021 property taxes will be sent out by the end of May and your adjusted monthly payments will be from July to December 2021.
PARKVIEW LODGE SUITES AVAILABLE FOR RENT – 1 Bachelor Suite and 1 Bedroom Suite are available. Includes heat, water, power, and laundry. Age 55+, non-smoking, no pets, security deposit, and references required. Contact the Village Office for more information or for application form.
PROTECT YOUR PETS – 2021 ANIMAL TAGS NOW AVAILABLE – Until January 31, 2021: Neutered dog or cat is $20. Unaltered dog or cat is $30.
DIAMOND VALLEY SUBDIVISION ~ REDUCED PRICES! – In an attempt to draw people to our community, the Diamond Valley Subdivision Lot Prices have been reduced!
