South East Quarter of Section 18, Township 33, Range 4, West of the 5th Meridian Mountain View County, Alberta, containing +/- 127.8 acres more or less.
The term of the lease for this pastureland shall commence June 1, 2014 and terminate December 31, 2016, with the understanding that the said pasture tender will be based on a minimum occupancy of 120 days/year and a maximum of fifteen (15) cow/calf animal units or other livestock equivalent per year.

The term of the lease for this pastureland shall commence June 1, 2014 and terminate December 31, 2016, with the understanding that the said pasture tender will be based on a maximum occupancy of 150 days/year and a maximum of forty (40) cow/calf animal units or other livestock equivalent per year.

BYLAW # 1665 ON February 4, 2014.

Place: Council Chambers, Kneehill County Office

Purpose:
PURSUANT to sections 230, 606, and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M-26, 2000, as amended, the Council of Kneehill County in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to consider Bylaw No. 1665, being a Bylaw to amend Kneehill County Land Use Bylaw No. 1564.
The Purpose of Proposed Bylaw No. 1665 is to redesignate a portion of the lands from Agriculture "A" to Local Rural Commercial "LRC" District, on the lands described as;
Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 071 0900 part of NW 15-30-21-W4
Containing 4.843 HECTARES (11.97 ACRES) MORE OR LESS
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS
The aforementioned redesignations are to accommodate a change in use of the said lands by allowing for the development of a Retail Store as per the areas defined in the map below.

Therefore, Take Notice that a public hearing to contemplate the proposed Bylaw No. 1665 will be held in Kneehill County Council Chambers at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of February, 2014.
Presentation: Oral and written comments and suggestions are invited and should be addressed to the point of the proposed amendment. They may be made by any person or group of persons or a person acting on his or their behalf, who claims to be affected by the proposed amendment, and by any other persons that Council wishes to hear at the hearing. Written submissions may be made by the persons above, and must be received in the Kneehill County office by 12:00 PM Noon on Friday, January 31, 2014. Oral presentations may be made at the hearing by the persons above, whether or not they have made a written presentation. The time limit of oral presentations is subject to the direction of the Chairman.
Documentation: Copies of the proposed amending Bylaw No. 1665 and Land Use Bylaw No. 1564 are available for public inspection at the Kneehill County office during regular office hours.
