YARD MAINTENANCE – It is that time of year when things seem to be going dormant and losing their leaves. Just a reminder that all yards need to be kept tidy and weeds need to removed. Shrubs and trees need to be kept trimmed and may not interfere with the use of public sidewalks. Residents are also responsible to maintain the trees, hedges and grass bordering your back alleys. Please trim any branches that encroach upon the alleyway. Please ensure that any garbage that is not removed by public works is taken to the proper transfer station. There is a list available at the village office or on the website (in the INFO & FORMS section) of what Linden and Torrington will take. Help keep Linden a beautiful village to live in.
