ANNOUNCEMENT
Please note that the Town of Three Hills Recycling Depot will be
taking over the task of electronic recycling at the behest of Rehoboth
Christian Ministries. All electronics that you wish to recycle can now
be brought to the Recycling Depot.
A special thank you to Rehoboth Christian Ministries for providing
the Town of Three Hills with electronic recycling services for the past
several years.


EASTER HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS
The Town Office and Landfill will be closed for the Easter Holiday
weekend – Good Friday March 29th and Monday April 1st. Regular
office hours will resume on Tuesday April 2nd at 8:30 AM. Waste
Collection scheduled for Mondays will be deferred to Tuesday, April 2nd.


PUBLIC NOTICE
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
Take notice that the following permit(s) for the proposed use(s) listed
below has been issued in accordance with the Land Use Bylaw No.
1309-09 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:
Development Permit Application No: 61/900.009/13 by the Three
Hills & District Seed Cleaning Plant Ltd., for the addition of a
Chemical Storage Building and enclosure of the Mixing Room
on Block 5, Plan 0112827 (802 – 2nd Street NW) Land Use
Classification M-1 – Industrial District.
Development Permit Application No: 61/900.010/13 by the
Genesis Bike & Board Society for a Change of Use in the Old
Carpentry Shop, located within the SE ¼ Sec. 1-32-24-W4M
Land Use Classification IPU – Institutional and Public Use
District.
Development Permit Application No: 61/900.011/13 by Vicki
Friesen to relocate a Dry-Box Trailer for costume storage on
Lots 38 & 39, Block 26 Plan 4304AH (614 Main Street) Land Use
Classification – C-B Central Commercial District.
The above permit(s) shall become valid after a lapse of fourteen (14)
days from the date of the newspaper in which this notice appears.
Anyone who feels prejudicially affected by this permit may appeal
the permit by filing notice of appeal by 4:00 PM, Wednesday April 3rd,
2013 and paying the applicable fees. In the event of an appeal being
filed, all interested parties will be notified.
Further information regarding this permit(s) may be obtained from
the Town Office at 135‑2nd Ave. S. Three Hills, Alberta.
