National Volunteer Week
April 21 to 27, 2013
In accordance with the National Volunteer Week, April 21 to 27, 2013, the Town of Three Hills would like to extend a heart-felt thank you, thank you, thank you, to all of the volunteers that work within our community to ensure that the Town of Three Hills not only continues to be a wonderful place to live, work, and play, but also a place full of wonderful people who are dedicated to offering their time and energy to helping others!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Spring is here, HOORAY!
But so is the muck and mud! Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about the condition of the dirt roads and alleyways until the Spring runoff is over and the ground has dried up. Please bear with us and enjoy the warmer weather!

"THANK YOU DOCTORS"
As March 30 has been officially recognized across Canada and other nations as "Doctor Appreciation Day", the Kneehill Regional Doctors Recruitment & Retention Committee would like to take this opportunity to add our thanks to this voice.  We are so grateful for the variety of capable and dedicated physicians and medical support staff who help us to maintain our health and wellness within a comfortable range of our homes.  We would also like to recognize the efforts of the physician spouses and families who may have come to make a new home in our communities, knowing that the transition has its challenges; as well as those who have been with us for a long time.  May you all truly feel our gratitude and welcome as you enjoy your special day, and each day, among us.

On behalf of Council, Administration, Staff and our Residents of the Town of Three Hills, Many thanks for your care and all you do for us.

Access KidSport Kneehill
KidSport Kneehill is a volunteer committee that believes all children should have the opportunity to participate in organized sports. To help make this possible, KidSport Kneehill provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organize sports. KidSport Kneehill has increased the available funding for young athletes to $275.00 per child per year. The increase is a response to escalating costs for registration in organized sport. This increase would not be possible without the generous support of local private and corporate donors. Thank-you! It is our hope that qualified families will continue to enrol their children in organized sport activities. School sports, minor hockey, pond hockey, curling, figure skating, soccer, swimming, dance, fencing...there is something for everyone! Applications are available in our schools, town/village offices, libraries, and on-line at www.kidsport.ab.ca. If you have any questions regarding KidSport Kneehill funding please call 403-443-3800.
