Take notice that the following permit for the proposed uses listed below has been issued in accordance with the Land Use Bylaw No.1309-09 and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Three Hills:

Development Permit Application No: 61/900.028/16 by Al Reimer (Rainbow Ventures Ltd.) for a Basement Secondary Suite, at Lot 8, Block 5, Plan 7610794 (345 – 7th Street SE) Land Use Classification R-1 – Residential District

2016 PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE!

The 2016 Property Taxes are due on June 30, 2016 if you are not on the monthly payment plan.

The following penalties will apply on the current year’s outstanding balance if your taxes remain unpaid after June 30, 2016:

October 1, 20165% Penalty
