Prairie College Primary Care Paramedic Students Hold Extrication Practice

Paramedic Class Extraction

Professional Medical Associates, in conjunction with Prairie College and Three Hills Fire, held an extrication practice for the Primary Care Paramedic students enrolled in Prairie College. The students have been in the PCP program since January of this year, and this is the culmination of their efforts. Mock patients were placed in the vehicle with assorted injuries. With the assistance of the Three Hills Fire Department, the two scenarios were executed and all patients were safely removed from the vehicle. As you can see from the pictures, accident scenes are a very dynamic scenes with many moving parts and communication between agencies become paramount.
