Lunch With Friends Is Now A Society

After a solid year and ½ growth period, the volunteer community initiative known as: “Lunch with Friends,” has officially been granted society status. For the past year, the group had been under the umbrella of the Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church for management, accounting, and insurance purposes. “Lunch with Friends Society” is now completely autonomous. Donations and sponsorship can now go directly to the organization, and they are now actively pursuing the process of getting charitable status.

“I am so proud of the good work of our volunteers and great support from the community to get us where we are today,” said Danny Gascon, Manager of Lunch with Friends.
