The Village of Carbon and the Carbon & District Recreation Board would like to extend a warm and sincere "thank you" to the Carbon Lions Club for the donation of the playground equipment at the East Campground. Carbon Lions members volunteered their time to set up the playground equipment, which has been used heavily by the campers who visit the community and by children who live in Carbon's picturesque valley. Extended appreciation goes out to the Carbon Lions Club for their continuous enhancement of this wonderful community.
