Three Hills Town Council Report

The Three Hills Town Council met with Endeavor Charter Accountants for a presentation of the 2009 financial statements. The statements are now available on the town's web site.
After they were finished, the meeting moved into Councillor and Management Reports, which were short and sweet, and then onto the Requests for Decision.
BCP Development was given a new completion date of May 31, 2011, for their Phase 3 - Stage 1 Development, and approval for the continued issuance of building permits.
The Aquatic Center Wage Grid will be increased by 4%, effective January 1, 2011.
The Managerial and Exempt Salary Grid will be increased by 4%, effective January 1, 2011.
Council and Appointed Board Members Remuneration Grid will be increased by 4%, effective January 1, 2011. The Development Agreement between the Town of Three Hills, and Prairie Christian Academy Society, dated March 7, 2008, was terminated. In light of the termination of the development agreement, the surety in the amount of $23,000.00 (plus interest) will be returned to the Prairie Christian Academy Society.
The next Town Council meeting will be held Monday, December 13th.
