The Trochu Agricultural Society and Trochu Centennial Trails Committee proudly accepted a cheque for $75,000 from Richard Marz, MLA for Olds/Didsbury/Three Hills. These funds were made possible through the Community Initiative Program from the Provincial Government. This will assist in the building of a paved trail system within the community of Trochu. 100 Years of Service

Friends, family, supporters, past firefighters, dignitaries, and current firefighters were gathered at the Trochu Fire Hall June 4 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Trochu Firefighters. A demonstration was held to give an idea of the intensity of their work. Street Freaks Brave Cold for Show and Shine

 

The 30th Anniversary of Cruise Night in Three Hills got the cold shoulder from Mother Nature on Saturday, June 4.
With snow in many parts of Central Alberta, light rain and temperatures near the freezing mark numbers were down.
Street Freaks registered just under 400 vehicles of special interest for the show and shine. About 10 vendors sold their products at the swap meet.
