Three Hills Town Council welcomed delegates Phil Johnson and Byrne Lammle of the Three Hills Elks to Monday, March 28th's regular meeting.
The pair came to discuss the possibility of a 100 hour house build to coincide with Three Hills' Centennial Celebration in 2012, as well as the Elk's Centennial the same year.
