Many eager hands and much energy contributed to the on going success of the Three Hills Area Food Bank's annual Christmas Hamper project last Saturday. The Three Hills Ghostpine 4-H Club helped prepare Christmas hampers. To complete an annual 4-H project, each member is expected to participate in a community service project. The Christmas Hamper project is excellent for the 28 members, from the rural areas of Carbon, Wimborne, Trochu, and Three Hills, to participate in.

Council discusses possibility of New Parking Lot
Monday, December 13th's Town of Three Hills Council meeting was a full night, with a whole array of issues covered.
Bob Long was in attendance at the meetings inception to present the Town of Three Hills with the Minister's Award for Municipal Excellence 2010 which is an outstanding achievement award for regional collaboration in the Canadian Badlands Region for economic diversity through tourism development. 2011 is a landmark year for the Canadian Badlands Passion Play. Not only is the society celebrating its 20th anniversary in January but the first performance of the season, on July 15, will be the 100th performance of the play. The season will also feature a new script from the gospel of John. Special events will be held throughout the year to celebrate these milestones.
