GRAVILLE, Clifford William

Obit Cliff Graville

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Clifford (“Cliff”) William Graville on April 30, 2023, at the age of 67, at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, AB. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Angelica (“Aggie”) Beecroft, with whom he shared many cherished memories. His parents, Richard William Graville and Marie Stella “Lalita” Graville (nee Pinard) and his sister, Gail Doucette (Graville), also predeceased him. Cliff will be deeply missed by his surviving sisters, Sheila Marshall, Barbara Danis, Ruth Clark and Donna Graville, his brother, Terry Graville, his two sons, Kurtus (“Bean”) and Spencer (“Boo Boo”) Graville, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Ethan (“Bam Bam”), Kadence (“Sweet Pea”) and Harper. In addition to his immediate family, Cliff leaves behind a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will forever cherish their time spent with him. He had a unique ability to connect with people, and his presence was a source of happiness for many. Born on March 27, 1956, in Barrie, ON, he was the son of Richard and Lalita (“Lita”) Graville. In his 67 years, Cliff lived a full and vibrant life, the latter half as a hardworking and dedicated petroleum pipe fitter. Cliff was proud to have had the chance to work with both Kurtus and Spencer in that setting, and he always encouraged them to pursue their dreams and aspirations. Cliff retired in 2017, and shortly thereafter, him and Aggie moved to Acme, AB, where they both discovered a love for small town living. He was known for his kindness and infectious personality and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Cliff had a passion for fishing, camping, and spending time with his family, and we know wherever he may be, he is enjoying a stiff drink and a couple smokies around the campfire. “Film at eleven” For more information and to send condolences to the family, please visit
