October 30, 1933 - January 31, 2023

Norman was born to James L. and Mae Rodger on Oct. 30,1933 in Lanark, Ontario. He left home at an early age and worked his way west. He married Margaret Crawford in 1960 and set up farming with her family west of Acme. They raised 2 sons and ran a small feedlot operation. LEINWEBER, Robert (Bob)

Robert (Bob) Leinweber was born on the family farm Northwest of Acme to John and Annie Leinweber on August 27, 1931. It was here that he grew up and continued to live, until he built his own home just south of the family homestead. When living on his own became more difficult, he moved to his new home at Westview Care Community in Linden, where he enjoyed great care, good meals, and people to visit with. Robert E. (Bob) Witherspoon of Huxley, AB. Bob, born 28 August 1932 in Worcester, England, died 7 January 2023 at St. Mary’s, Trochu, AB, where he was lovingly cared for the past year. Cremation care was compassionately provided by Kneehill Funeral Services, Trochu. According to Bob’s wishes there will be no service.
