It is with sadness that we accept the passing of Reg Nelson on October 28, 2010 at the age of 47 years after a courageous battle with cancer.  Reg was born August 25, 1963 in Drumheller and raised on a farm south of Rumsey, Alberta. He attended school in Rumsey and Morrin and after graduation carried on the farming tradition on the family farm. He married Sheila Schramm in 1984 and they have raised their four children in Trochu. Kaechele, George Leslie~May 5, 1919 – October 29, 2010 ~It is with great sadness we announce the peacefully passing of our father, friend and long-time companion. George was born in Three Hills, Alberta and grew up in Ghost Pine Creek where he farmed. In 1942 he joined the Army Signal Corp. in Europe until 1946. After he then returned home to the farm where he married Jean Kaechele, which they had two daughters before they parted ways. George once finished farming

Alberta Rose (Nash) Grafton of Burnaby, BC, died October 24, 2010, aged 81. Alberta (Bert) grew up near Huxley, Alberta on the farm of her parents, Letty and Bernard (Bill) Nash and attended Huxley School. Bert worked in her young years for the Vancouver Province Newspaper and later for the Vancouver Health Department. After retirement she travelled extensively to many parts of the world. She was predeceased by her husband, Teddy (1954) and her brother, Harvey

BAUER~Dorothy Bertha Bauer (nee Doern) was born in Stony Plain on February 10, 1920 to Jacob and Mary Doern. Dorothy married Edward in 1950 and they resided on their farmstead east of Torrington. After retirement in 1990, they moved to Olds. Dorothy enjoyed travelling, fishing, socializing with friends and going on daily walks. Her biggest passion may have been her faith and involvement with her church. She passed away on October 28, 2010 at the Olds Hospita
