Mary passed away peacefully on Thursday December 31, 2020 at Bow View Manor in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 101 years. The second of nine children, she was born on November 19, 1919, at the family homestead near Grande Prairie, Alberta to Bjarne and Olava Throness.
