Seniors Week (June 4-10) is fast approaching and we don't want you to miss out on any of the opportunities.
• There is 2 for 1 bowling at Hillside Lanes on Tuesday, June 5th from 2:00-4:00 for seniors OR you can bring grandchildren or a young friend(s) to join you for the InterGeneration bowling from 4:00-5:30. Two games, refreshments and fun.
• Tuesday, June 5th also includes the Seniors potluck lunch at the Drop-In Centre. Bring a plate, bring a twoonie, and come and join in. Always good food

It is better to give than to receive. Living in rural Alberta we are blessed in so many ways, one of which is through the gift of volunteering. One way or another we have all been touched when someone shares all that they have with us whether it is time, a meal, a skill or simply a helping hand. At the end of the day, we felt special.  Ironically, the volunteer also reaped the benefits of this relationship.
