Royals Bring Home ASAA 2A Girls Provincial Silver

Sr Girls Basketball Silver

Congratulations to the Three Hills School Sr. Girls Basketball team and their second-place finish at the ASAA 2A Girls Provincial tournament hosted by Immanuel Christian High School from March 14-16. The girls went into the tournament ranked 2nd in the province and represented the South Central Zone, the Town of Three Hills, and Three Hills School so incredibly well! They started off the tournament with a game against Edmonton Christian High School where they did the little things well and came out on top 75-36. In their second game, they played against Calgary Christian High School. The Royal's teamwork and savvy play gave them a 79-66 victory. This win put them into the final - a goal they have had the whole season. There they met the host team, Immanuel Christian High School, who have been ranked #1 in the province all season. The girls gave it their all, played with heart, and gave every ounce of energy they had right up to the final whistle. In the end, they earned the respect of all those in attendance who witnessed their determined play and, even better, the ASAA 2A Girls Basketball silver medal! Congratulations and well done, Royals!
