Devin Woodland, a young man who grew up in Three Hills and graduated from Prairie Christian Academy in 2008, has received an ACAC all-conference selection in cross-country running as a result of his fourth place finish in the ACAC provincial championship 8 km race.

MaryLou and Katie Tainsh attended the Canadian National Appaloosa Show in Brandon, Manitoba from July 27-31, 2010. Competing against horses, from all across Canada and the United States, both had a very successful show. MaryLou won the Canadian title for Novice Amateur Showmanship. Katie also won a championship for Novice Amateur English Equitation, as well as winning four reserve champion titles. The Three Hills Thrashers scored ten goals on Friday night and then ten more on Saturday night to earn a pair of victories.

On Friday, November 12, the PCA Junior High Girls Sabres volleyball team earned the gold medal and zone banner at the South Central 2J Zone Volleyball tournament held in Bassano. This finished off a very successful season for this group of girls.
