The provincial government, under the guise of “optimising Alberta’s parks” has proposed removing 164 parks from the park system. Locally, that means removing Dry Island Buffalo Jump and Tolman Bridge as parks. Dear Editor,

Oh, what a relief it is!

Curbside pick-up at our library! Just in time. I thought I was going to go bonkers, without my stress relief, a book. Booze and food still going, but my nerves have been stretched by lack of reading material.

A library IS an essential service. I am so grateful for a terrific library in our little town. I have owned library cards all over Canada and in the U.S. and our library is up there with all of them.
